*ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $150.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.*

Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800 for condos and $1,500 for homes.

If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out. 

If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

If there is a storm or hurricane, NO refunds will be given unless the following condition is met: 

- The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area". 

- The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, RMI will refund: 

      -Any advance rents collected for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" period; 

      -Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is required to shorten their stay as a result of the mandatory evacuation notice.
